Our bots are programmed to disclose their AI status at the start of interactions.Accuracy: While monitored and optimized, AI-generated content may contain errors. 2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information you voluntarily provide through our AI Assistants, contact forms, or booking links:Personal Identifiers: Name, email address, and phone number.Interaction Data: Chat transcripts and records of inquiries.Payment Information: We use Stripe to process payments. GoFlow Chat does not store credit card numbers on our servers.-
3. SMS & TEXT MESSAGING CONSENT (10DLC COMPLIANCE)
By providing your mobile number to our AI Assistant, you provide express written consent to receive automated text messages from GoFlow Chat or the Business Client whose website you are visiting.Method of Consent: Providing a mobile number in response to an AI prompt constitutes your signature of consent.Opt-Out: Reply "STOP" at any time to revoke consent. Message and data rates may apply.-
4. BILLING & SUBSCRIPTION PRIVACYSecure Processing: All payments are processed through Stripe; GoFlow Chat does not store your full payment card details.Subscription Billing: Fees are processed at the time of signup (unless a deferred date is expressly agreed upon).Monthly Cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically on the monthly anniversary of the initial payment date. If a monthly anniversary date does not exist (e.g., the 31st), billing occurs on the last day of that month.-
5. THIRD-PARTY DATA PROCESSING
Data is processed through our technology partners to facilitate service delivery:Infrastructure: We utilize secure AI hosting and data automation infrastructure.Privacy Guardrails: Data is processed in secure environments. We do not allow third parties to use your personal data to train public AI models.No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.-
6. DATA ROLES: PROCESSOR VS. CONTROLLER
GoFlow Chat acts as a Data Processor. While we provide the AI infrastructure, the Business Client (the owner of the website where the bot is embedded) is the Data Controller. GoFlow Chat is not responsible for how a Business Client chooses to use the lead data collected by the AI Assistant.-
